Yabu restaurant has been serving Japanese cuisine to our happy customers since 1990. We specialize in soba, a nutritious, low-calorie Japanese noodle made from buckwheat and wheat flours. We also serve fresh seafood, carefully selected at the fish market every morning. Our sushi and sashimi dishes are as popular among our long-time Yabu lovers as our famous noodle dishes.

We also have selections of Jizake described as premium sake produced in many different areas of Japan. Jizake goes pretty well with our dishes such as fresh sashimi, our Japanese style home dishes, and even noodles!

Our Japanese style home dishes include tempura, pan-fried eggplant with miso sauce, beef sashimi with home made dressing. They have been long time favorites to our customers. 

Yabu offers a down-to-earth atmosphere, perfect for friend and family gatherings. There is a sushi bar and a main dining area. When you sit at the bar you will notice how fun it is to watch our chefs cook in front of you.
